Mana Nowbar
The impetus for my works comes from personal experiences; giving form to the events I have witnessed throughout my life, and inflamed social circumstances I have lived in.
I chose the Persian tradition of painting the Nature as the basis, but I personalize it with a contemporary understanding of color and spirit.
Green sometimes appears as an interwoven mass, a network of colors, and at other times in shapeless or geometrical forms.
Nature does not have an objective reality. Instead, it possesses a complicated personal and subjective quality.
